Merry Christmas Jamie and Team

I just registered to say well done for the show which was broadcast last night. It was one of the best cookery shows I have ever seen and I have seen a few. The Christmas tips were excellent and the food looked exactly like what I hope to achieve this Christmas dinner.

I run an organic food shop in Edinburgh and am fortunate to have locally produced food for the feast including basically all the things you had on the show and I'm going to use pretty much all your ideas to create something that is simple and hopefully delicious. My Turkey is a Bronze (black feathers!) and is just under 5 kilos. It's sitting next to me as I write this (in the fridge!).

So thanks Jamie and team, you've made my job on Wednesday a little bit more manageable and a lot more fun.
