Hi fellow foodies, My name is Ben and i am from Australia. I am new to this blogging business and this will be my first time anywhere. I wont go into heaps of detail about myself here as you can read about me and my journey to becoming a chef in the careers forum under 'Starting From Scratch...Downunder". All you need to know is that food is my life and i am going to turn what was a decade long hobby into a full blown successful career. The sky is the limit for me so lets see what happens. I am at a stage when i am very ambitious and need to make my mark in the hospitality industry. I will use this visual thread to show you some of the things i see and what makes me happy in all things food. From food for thought to food for the eyes. Cheers
