This is Matilda! Our new and sweetest dachshund. She is a doll! She is now living in Athens with my daughter Maria Elena and they keep each other a very good company. I had her in Krete all the summer from the age of 8 weeks when she arrived.She is so smart and so sweet and so full of life....Since I have 2 cats this our first dog. I love her to bits and miss her very much. I think Iam going to visit Athens very often!!!!

A nice piece of salmon cooked with a lot of spices,onions,garlic,tomatoes and herbs on a bed of Basmati rice. Sooo delicious! In London one of my daughter's housemates is from the Carribian and she taught me this recipe. I cook it at least once a week.
