My daughter accomplishment!

I am very proud of my daughter as far as cooking is concerned.This is her last accomplishment.Chicken fillet with broccoli and bechamel in the oven. I think she inherited her grandmother passion for cooking.

This is one of my favourite dishes and in the full toscan tradition. Practically it is a kind of raviolo without pasta just the filling. This is why they are called "gnudi",naked.

I love pumpkin. These fusilli are accompanied by a sauce made wih pumpkin,garlic,sage and parmigiano reggiano.
