A typical Korean barbecue. The salads and leaves used in making the packets are on the top left, at the bottom are various kimchees and sauces. Beef and garlic cloves are on the grill.

A perfect Peking Duck carved tableside in a very popular, casual restaurant in Beijing. The carcass is placed in a bag and hung on hooks near each table for diners to carry home for making soup later.
