...you know the feeling, when you are always in a hurry, you always have to be somewhere, go pick up something, plan something, do something..

well..just yesterday I visited home design store called Butler's and found the cutest plastic bowls for 'lunch' on the way. I usually don't take lunch with me, it's easier to grab something from the local store, but those were so adorable, I had to take them and...well..prepare something to put in it

and I choose spaghetti salad with a lot of yummy things in it

You know how summer time is the time when your garden is colorful, tasty, everything smells so good and you can't wait to pick up vegetables and make delicious lunch. yeah, I know the feeling so well, but this year we packed our bags and leave...to unforgetable USA experience

First 9 hours on the plane I was asking myself why I haven't stayed home, next 7 hours of flying I was impatient to see and experience new things. The food on the plane was of course awful, as well as it was on the airport...so hungry as hell we finally land in San Francisco

Unfortunatelly we stayed just few days but more than enough for me. It says something like this in my diary:
- wow, such a friendly city
- wow, such a large breakfasts (how someone can possibly eat so much bacon, eggs, pancakes, toasts..and 1l coffee)
- wow, the coldest summer morning ever
- wow, Alamo square painted ladies - I didn't wanna think how much it costs to live there, but I do have wild imagination
-wow, Golden gate

yeah...San Francisco was absolutely DREAMY...but this was just a beginning

Yesterday morning was sunny and bright so I decided to postpone vacuuming and cleaning the house and go for a walk to the nearby woods.

The decision could not be better.

Me, my boyfriend and our dog went for a short walk, picked up some mushrooms, took some photos and...throw some tennis balls (yeah, the dog has to have fun too right?smile). From one tree to another, the landscape was becoming nicer and nicer and soon I had more then enough beautiful pictures of autumn gold trees! But the bad thing was, we didn't pay attention where we were going...so we lost. We were waling up and down the sam track and thinking what to do, until finally an elderly women came towards us and point us to the right direction (God bless hersmile)

So short walk became few hours walk, but that's ok...the day was just so perfect!

It was just an awful day today. I woke up in the foggy morning, having some work to do. When I just got ready to cook lunch and went for some potatoes in the basement I saw water...dirty water...lots of dirty water...

It went something terribley wrong about the sewage on the street and basicly everything went to our basement...so for couple of hours we were trying to pump the water out, cleaning... We are ok, the only sad thing is, we lost everything down there - books, couch, closets, clothes, computor, etc...

I was too tired to do anything else, so I baked those delicious rolls, made fruit tea, we all sat down, eat something and forget about the day.

Fresh bread always works..

The autumn is already here as well as winter, since last week we had seen some snowflakes. It is insanely great feeling jut to take scissors, ladder and basket, climb on it and in a second hold in your hands the perfect sweet fresh grapes! It tastes so much different from the ones you buy in a supermarket.

Well, until next year my garden is gonna rest a little bit and I guess I'll just have to happy with the things I buy!
