PAN-FRIED FISH IN GARLIC LEMON SAUCE

PAN-FRIED TUNA IN GARLIC LEMON SAUCE

Ingredients:
1 piece        Sliced tuna
1/2                Lemon (brunoise or minced)
1                Ginger
2 pieces            Butter nuggets
                Thyme (dried or fresh)
                Salt
Marinade:
1                Ginger (brunoise or minced)
1/2                Lemon
3-4 cloves    Garlic
                Pepper
                        Soy Sauce

Procedure:
1.    Mix the marinade in one bowl and bathe the fish with the marinade. (Leave for a few minutes)
2.    Heat the butter on the frying pan.
3.    Clean the fish from the garlic/ginger of the marinade.
4.    When butter is hot enough for frying, pan-fry the fish until it is golden in color. Add a pinch of thyme over the fish.
5.    When the fish is out of the pan, add more butter to the pan and glaze the ginger. (Until the ginger is glossy.)
6.    Add salt to the ginger and butter. (This is the sauce for your cooked tuna.)
7.    When the color is good, pour on top of the cooked fish.
8.    Serve. Good for 3 people.

Moon Cake Omelette

Ingredients:
Moon Cake  (sliced to 1/2 inches)
Egg (Beaten)

Procedure:
1. Dip Moon Cake in egg and fry in pre-heated corn oil.
2. Cook until golden brown.

Serve hot.

A very simple recipe for snacks.. tongue
