I'm 22, and a graduate working in sales. I live with my OH in a liitle house in Burton. I love cooking, a passion passed down to me from my mother and grandmother. Coming from a large family of different cultures (mostly Welsh, my Mum was born and raised in South Africa, my brothers Dad is Greek and my Dad's family are Italian) meant I grew up eating rather mixed cuisines! I am extremely passionate about organic, local and seasonal fruit and veg and ensuring that my meat comes from a responsible source.
I am always looking to learn more about cooking and my evenings and weekends are mainly spent in my kitchen, baking and cooking away!
