well i cooked it in high temperature for 20 minutes, in a blend of white wine and evoo, salt, pepper and oregano....
to stuff it i used garlic,thyme,parsley,tomatoes chili pepper ,green sweet pepper and mushrooms....

very common dish in my region ....pork cuts with celery leaves and roots , onion,carrots lemon juice and mustard ....
