Pork chops.

Pan cooked pork chops with onion, garlic, chilli and lemonthyme and horseradish mustard. Chops were rested and pan deglazed with a little chicken stock and a lick of cream was added with chopped parsley.
Served with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.

I had some problems with uneven oven temperature since OH fixed the oven so the result was not an entire success.
The heat in the kitchen did not help with the decorating process or my little helper helping himself to the toppings as I placed them on top.
Let's just say it tasted better than it looked.

The meringue oven ready on a tray oiled and covered in baking paper and then dusted lightly with cornflour.
