A few quiches.
Free range eggs, ham, spinach, fresh picked basil, mushroom, tomatoes, nuked red onion, cheese, dry mustard, tabasco sauce and salt and pepper.

Apple and Rhubard crumble with icecream.
A favourite dessert of my husband's on the odd occassion that we have dessert.

Valentine's tea as requested by my Husband.
1. Finished meal of Roast pork, hasselback potatoes, baked pumpkin and parsnip cooked with OO, garlic and thyme. Fresh butter and green beans and carrots and silverbeet, applesauce and pan juice gravy.
2. Bottom left, the roast pork just out of the oven.
3.The pork oven ready after salting and oiling with the addition of fresh rosemary in the crackling.
4.Top right, table setting in progress.
5. Middle right, The gravy making process. Pan juices pressed throught the sieve and collected in the bottom container.
6.Bottom right, the base ingredients that the roast was cooked upon.
Onion, garlic, fresh picked sage and Thyme, chili, orange, lime, ginger, white wine.
