Stir-fried noodles (Udon)

Thu 26 Nov 2009
GENERAL BLOG

This is fried Udon noodles. Cooking Udon in this way is really wicked. First, just put some vigeis anything you like. I put chopped garlic, carrot, bacon, green pepper and Egingi (which is group of mashroom but I haven't seen any of that in London). I guess maybe there's that mashrooms in China town. U can try and see if they will have that. Fry them very well. Just see bacon is cooked till brown. Second, put some Udon noodles in there and mix well together.
For sauce : Soya sauce,  ttsp of suger, 1 clove of gated garlic and gingar and ttap of sesame oil.
Put them in and stir well till macerate to the everything (cook everything well). Or you can just buy Worcester sauce and put it in. That'd be much easier. The taste would be better too, I guess.

When you sarve that, sprinkle the dried skipjack tune and spring onion or chives.

Smells good, looks good!!! PERFECT!!

Baked salmon and crisp skin with garlic mashroom

Tue 24 Nov 2009
GENERAL BLOG

Oh my god, delicious. I love salmon dish. First put salt, pepper and olive oil on salmon and put them on the pan. When it is cooked (the colour will be changed to pink) and then  remove salmon from the pan and take skin out. Then only bake skin again till the crisps which is really nice.

For garlic mashroom, I used Shimeji ( I haven't seen any of that in London) and Eringi with grated garlic and butter, salt & pepper. It's really simple. Eringi is one of my favorite food in all mashroom.

Enjoy your meal thumbsup
