hey, as you know, this is traditional british cuisine, shepherd's pie. I just got this recipe from book and tried to cook this for dinner. so delish and easy recipe.

I a bit changed recipe but I guess same taste.

Recipe : I made demiglace sauce with minced meat and some chopped vegies, onion, red pepper,
              yellow pepper.

I will tell you soooooooooooooooo easy recipe of how to make demiglace sauce. easy and cheaper!!

           : chopped garlic
           : chopped red chilli
           : minced meat
           : chopped onion

          1. put some olive oil on the deep pan and put 3 of that ingredients till meat is cooked

          2. in mid of time, put some flour and stir well

          3. this is a point!!! add a wine and VEGIE JUICE.

          4. stir well and simmmer for about 10 mins or more (check inside sometimes and stir well)

          5. lastly, add some Worcestershire sauce and tomato ketchup (or tomato can)

          6. lid and simmer for about 15-20 mins ( check inside sometimes and stir well)

So simple demiglace sauce!!!  I am sure you will like it.

7.while cooking sauce, make mashed potatos.

         8. when all finish, put that demi sauce on the oven proof dish on the buttom and put mashed
potatos on the top of sauce and put lots of cheese on the top!! put it into the oven til
              brown.

Enjoy your meal!! you can make that at home on the mid of table.

Hey, Sorry it is a bit blurred but I'd love to introsuce this recipe to you guys. It is simple and so healthy. fried tuna on the heat and some mashrooms and yellow papper on the top.

Dressing for tuna is gingar, some sugar, water and soi sauce and sake (Japanese sake).
First, fry tuna on the heat pan and after that Simmer that for 10 mins or a bit more.
and cut it and put on the rice. SERVE it!!!

it is simple tuna dish.

I love tuna dish, you can also have with salsa dressing (tomato, avocado, coriander and seasoning are salt & papper, garlic, a bit of chopped red chilli and a bit of vinegar.) it is delish.

Try cooking that!! Hope you will enjoy your meal!

talk to you later!!!

this is first to make this pasta, BOLOGNAISE. it is delish!! when I ate it at a restarant, similar taste like demiglace sauce. i am not sure what's real taste. coz in each restaurant, a bit different taste, isn't it?? So I just tied to a bit spicy(chilli) demiglace sauce with minced meat, aurbergine and finely chopped onion. it was soooooooooooooo good actually. it was kinda similer taste as I had before. So it was succesfull, u know. Can anyone tell me how to cook Bolognaise which is real one??

you can try to cook in this way I made and you can just compare to what you cook (Bolognaise).
