I,m a 27 year olde Irish lad that has always had a keen interest in food and all its incarnations. I,ve worked in kitchens and gained a degree in science and then went on to qualify as a Nutritionist so food is now my life. My passion is teaching people about food and ways they can imporve their lifestyles thru better of knowledge and ways to make it exciting.
