I'm an Aussie girl who has lived in the UK, and the USA. Now home in Australia, hopefully for good. I did a lot of cooking before moving to the USA but stopped when I got there. Keen to get back into it again. Was never very good, always just flung things together... kinda like Jamie, 'cept his always looks soooooo good. :D Maybe Santa will bring me Jamie's new book for Christmas, if not I'll just have to get my own.
