I'm Victoria, 32 years old. I live in a small town in the middle of Sweden with my husband, our 11-month-old son Edvin and two lovely dogs. I really enjoy cooking and Jamie has been my favourite for several years. My favourite food comes from the Italian and the Indian kitchen.
I am writing about my garden, my kitchen and occasionally about babyfood, since I quite recently became a mother.

.... crisp bacon, rocket, tomatoes and shallots. The dressing contained OO, lemon juice and zest, balsamic vinegar, coarse mustard, salt and capers.
