I am a Teddy Bear artist and also a collector of Teddy Bears and other critters. I love baking and cooking.
I was lucky to have two grannies who both loved baking and cooking. Both grannies had those old black Dover stoves in the kitchen.
I have memories of golden brown ginger biscuits, rusks and vanilla biscuits...

I made brandy snaps for dessert for father's day. It tasted delicious but I need to get them out of the pan quickly and work on the shaping a bit. 
Poppyseed Cake
