oysters festival

Several restaurants in my city will organize the festival "Happy Oysters" in May 2009. I take part in pr-support of this restaurants, so I already have photos of our oysters))

A native Ukrainian dish - potato pancakes
Crispy, unbelievable!
2 1/2 cups potatoes (grated, and squeezed dry)
3/4 cup bread crumbs (dry)
1 small onion (grated)
1 egg (beaten); if egg is omitted, wheat flour and water may be added to the mixture to provide cohesion
1/2 tsp. salt
fresh grind black pepper
ravioli =) (before boiling)
