Today I made muffins with wholemeal corn flour, butter milk, rolled oats, pumpkin purree and tangerines. Still have tons of pumpkins to use up and hey, I am getting better at experimenting.

filled with minced beef, bulgur and herbs. I served yoghurt with it, seasoned with mint, salt and sumac.
I had to use up the minced meat, which I bought on Friday, because my hubby called form work in the afternoon and said he wanted to cook this night and make spaghetti bolognese. Dunno quite why we had chicken legs on mixed vegetables out of the oven that night. Maybe he lost courage...

Black radish remoulade

I made this inspired by your answers to my black radish question in the forums. Special thanks to Allora, she made me think of a remoulade to serve with my roasted chicken tonite! 
I found out that you could use black radish like normal radish. I mean you can eat it raw, there´s no need to cook it, as I thought earlier. It´s a bit hotter, but that depends on the variety anyway....
