"Tofu" variation! chopped chives, miyouga (optional) with extra virgin olive oil, fresh soy sause and freshly grand black pepper!
I know here many people are not much fun of tofu...I did experiment this was honestly awesome! would some sliced fried garlic also tasty!

I have got some peas the other day and I wanted to cook pasta! as same as usual...not much special but simple taste I adore...(maybe I just as lazy...) mum made " OHITASHI" with loads of grated sesame....maybe I have picture somewhere in my album...look around ...
