I am so glad that I have had the chance to see Jamie's shows on TV and cook his wonderful recipes with great results.
I have all his books and anything I choose to cook always turns out so perfect and so tasty. It feels so rewarding when your guests are still complementing and asking you questions about the food you prepared.
I am a stay at home mom but I love to cook and try different foods. There is not one food that i would not try.

I have been dying to try this pie as from a very young age I always heard about it. For those of you who remember Will Smith in "Fresh Prince of Belair", this is where my curiosity came from. He always loved it when his grandma came to visit because she would make this pie.
I just hope it tastes as good as it sounds
