Hi,
I'm 40 years young and my pleasure is to cooking for my family and our friends.
We have a family business and in the future my intention is to open a restaurant typical italian.
After I read Jamie's cookbook and watch many Tv show, I understand, the most important is to cook with passion and love.
The "School's Dinner" and "Jamie's Ministry Of Food" make me a good impression and I talk about food with nutrition doctor. I change my vision about food and I think most people have a problems.
Anyway, anything what we are do is do a good and easy life...

all my friends when i invite to dinner for the first time i cook that miracle dish and everybody said is amazing...so, i wanna thank you Jamie for your post and all my friends appreciation you and your recipes and my work too. Because this dish is in my soul, when i decide to open a restaurant this be on top on the menu...
