About
I'm a stay-at-home mother, looking after my husband and three girls. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen as two of my daughters and my husband have food allergies and intolerances. As most of my cooking is both gluten and dairy free, I am trying to put together a book of my best recipes and find a publisher! I also study interior design through distance learning, and am a keen amateur photographer.

Turkey Schnitzel with sautee potatoes and cabbage
Sun 15 Nov 2009GENERAL BLOG
We had this for our supper last night as a bit of an experiment, but it was very good, and will be done again! I put some flour in a bowl, seasoned and added loads of sage, the I put a couple of eggs in another bowl, and some bread (or rther, rice) crumbs in a third. I coated the turkey steaks in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs, and fried until golden and cooked through. The potatoes were fried with garlic and red onion, and the cabbage was steamed.
As ever, it's gluten and dairy free ![]()
