I'm a stay-at-home mother, looking after my husband and three girls. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen as two of my daughters and my husband have food allergies and intolerances. As most of my cooking is both gluten and dairy free, I am trying to put together a book of my best recipes and find a publisher! I also study interior design through distance learning, and am a keen amateur photographer.

Had this for supper last night, as I'm trying to eat all the odds and ends in the freezer. So I shredded a leek, boiled it for 2 minutes with 2 tbspns of water, then drained and added a spoonful of grain mustard, a spoonful of cream and the meatballs (which were pork & turkey with sage), and gently heated to make sure the meatballs were at the right temperature to serve. Once my spaghetti was ready, I drained it, seasoned it and topped with the meatballs and sauce. It was very good, even though it did look a bit of a dog's dinner
