Chicken fillet with spinach

Choose a non fat chicken breast
3-4 slices of dry tomato(i prefer my own, homemade)
3-4 green olive oils in pieces
garlic(1 clove)
caper
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
Preheat the oil with the garlic, tomatoes and olive oils. After 3-4 minutes add the fillet and cook for 5 minutes every side.Add any herb you like(parsley or marjoram or any other)and let the fillet take this fine brown gold color. You may add a spirit to give its aromas in the food. For this special dish i prefer Greek ouzo.Τhen you can add water and let the food be cooked for 20 minutes till its sauce get ready. In the same pan after you have picked out the fillet , add a portion of spinach and cook it for 5 minutes. If you like you may add goat cheese and mix it with the spinach.
Drink a merlot wine.
