here are some goodies we had today in a family lunch table....salad,spiced octopus, fried spicy green peppers with sea salt,green tomatoes and some anchovies ....

this is it ...carrot and radish salad...its not just the fantastic(dont you think?) colour....its the taste and the fragrance,and the vitamins as well... chop and mix them, then season with sea salt and in the end add lemon juice and olive oil...on top capers from Santorini island ....
