Truffe!!!!!!!!!I have heard many things about them. They have many friends and many "enemies".Their taste is something special. It was the first time for me that i tried them on top of a rice and salmon dish..really amazing.The fragrance embraced the rice and made its taste "delicious"!!!

just the inner flesh of the lobster we had with spaghetti.....some lemon juice and olive oil....pepper and salt ,as you like and dill to decorate!!!

this is a flying fish cooked with lemon juice, carrots ,herbs and sea salt.Braised in a" closed" pan with only a half of sweet wine(no water was added) for 20 minutes and embraced with the fragrance of olive oil and thyme.
