i have seen thsi sugar spinning on Tv. Is is hard to achieve? It looks really tasty
Hi Despina33. It took a couple of times practice but, i was determined...... you have to caramilize the sugar to dark amber, just before it burns and then cool it down immediately. I just used a spoon to spin the sugar over my knive honer thing...... it is quite messy but hey, the result.... its easy to clean as the sugar disolves with hot water. ![]()
