My daughters friend bestowed upon me the honour of making her wedding cake. Not having made one since my own nearly 21 years ago I was exceedingly nervous of the prospect and wasn't at all sure why she was so convinced I could do it when I wasn't sure myself.

I'd like to give her a big thankyou for giving me the push, I enjoyed it so much despite  the sleepless nights it gave me!
