Today is the sagra ( festival )in my local town, I've jsut had a walk round to grab osmehting for lunch,  tonight we're off to the local Osteria.  I picked up some Porchetta & Pecorino Dolce from the Sardinian stall , Olive bread,Cannoli   & olives from a Sicilan stall called Il Padrino ( The Godfather !!!) and 'raw' milk ( which is the best I'vee ver had) from a cow !!
