
I used the recipe from Jamie's Italy for Risotto Bianco and then adapted it a bit
For two I used
1/2 a small onion chopped finely
200g of Arborio Rice
a small knob of butter
I glass of white wine
around 700ml beef stock
1 sachet of saffron
lots of cheese
table spoon of olive oil
salt & pepper
