Jamie darling I just want to say a BIG BIG thank you for your inspiration. I am 50 years old and the standing joke with me is my refusal to cook and to "prick the lid" is easier. I live in southern Spain, and I watched your Ministry of Food. Since last month I have made your stew, chicken with "posh ham" (which is widespread here!) and today made your wonderful fish pie. My husband is very happy, and believes I am now a Stepford Wife! A big thank you Jamie. I love you!! xx
