The lovely lossy beans in this photo remind me of when I lived in Brghton , around 25 years ago  and I would walk home from work after a night shift and smell freshly roasting coffee that was being roasted in a local shop.
They would roast smal batches throughout the day so that what ever you bought was always very fresh.
