the most important thing in cooking process is to have FRESH ingredients.
For example, it you live at the seaside, ya sea food will be AMAZING. It you live in middle of Africa, you'll never have fresh sea food.
I can play in chineese or italian cuisine, but it would never be original. Thanx God, i steel can cook russian meals)

Nice to see you blogging again! I agree, the best food starts with the best ingredients. Fish always tastes better at a table overlooking the sea IMO.

I learnt from a chef who came from Czer and he offered leasons on Russian food. (Beef stew, soup made with beet root, don't ask me to say the names, I forgot unless I saw it) It's very tasty!
I do admire your playing with food and I can see that you are very very young at heart! Must be a happy chef!
