
Yakimeshi is one of the most favorite rice dish. It is very useful menu when rice is left and delish!
serves 2
Ingredients
200g or more left over rice
2 eggs
1/2 onion or green onion (finely chopped)
2 medium size green capsicum (finely chopped)
2 sliced bacon or ham or any meets can be substituted (finely chopped)
2 tbs oil
salt and pepper
bit of soy sauce
1 Heat a wok or pan with oil for high heat.
2 the egg is scrambled with bit of salt and pepper quickly.
3 when the egg is done leave it from wok.
4 add a bit more oil to a wok, and stir fry onion, capsicum and bacon until they are cooked.
5 Add rice to a wok, and toss a mixture very well. Add a scramble egg to a wok.
6 During toss a mixture and adjust a salt and pepper.
7 Splash a soy sauce edge of mixture. Toss again quickly until soy sauce is mixed well.
It is not difficult and tasty really!
