Raw fish? YES please, with a twist of lime

YUMMM, Ceviche or whatever you want to call it.
My friend Tom reminded me of this delicious spring summer dish.



Raw sole or snapper are best, but there is no end in creative 'marinating' for this divine snack or salad topping, appetizer...

Start with FRESH fresh local catch.
Add as much freshly pressed lime juice to cover.
Use shallots or green onion or whatever onion relative grows wild in your backyard.
Herbs, whatever rocks your world, or which ever part of the world you want to your taste buds to visit.

here are some combos:

Mexi: cilantro, limejuice, cumin powder, green chilli pepper, shallot (photo)
Italia: olive oil, lime or lemon juice, garlic, basil, capers, even olives?
Northern: lemon juice, capers, dill, green onions or any onion...I imagined salmon with this one

So, no endsmile
Try, Morroccan, Indian, Thai....boy, I LOVE FOOD!!!!!
