
Instead of making Tabbouleh, I used three kinds of pasta shapes with the tomato,parsley, olives and olive oil toss...beats that grainy bulgur. For real, kids DON"T eat Tabbouleh.
The hummus turned out perfect and by adding sweet corn to a yummy creamy dairy-free red lentil soup, we even had corn chowder.
Kids really like natural wholesome foods...it's so gratifying to see their sense for simplicity and purity.
What neat little adjustments of the classics! Lucky kids!
