
I didn't remember to photograph this until there were only these ragged leftovers left, sorry. But I made pasta with duck egggs and it turned out really rich and delicious. I sauteed the shrimp in a white wine and San Marzano tomato sauce.

What a good idea to use duck eggs for pasta! I'm about to enter into the realms of making my own gluten-free pasta over the summer, to see if it's any better than the commercially available stuff, so may have to try this tip ![]()
