Peach cookies

These came out very soft and super-moist.  Really nice way to use up some almost overripe peaches.  Next time I'll add a lot more oats to make them a bit more solid, but these were lovely to dip into tea.

Mmmm I have some overipe peaches in the fridge.  I'll see if you put up the recipe for these wink
