I also made rocky road for picnic and the recipe is also from The Hummingbird Bakery Cookbook that I treated myself too last week This was absolutely delicious, but I have to say that you do not really need a recipe, just use whatever you fancy and make sure that you have enough melted chocolate coat all of the yummy ingredients
