Thanks once again JoyYamDaisy for your inspiration. I served this tray of homemade hummus, salsa and the cheese crisps yesterday at happy hour. Needless to say, they were a huge success! This tray has a combination of smoked gouda with psitachio cheese crisps and swiss cheese with pisachio cheese crisps. Both are marvelous, but the smoked gouda are my personal favourites!
