
Ingredients
4 cups strong flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon oregano
1 1/2 tablespoon dry yeast
2 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 cup Kalamata olives chopped
Method
Mix the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl
Add the olive oil, honey and water in the middle
Knead by taking in the flour little by little
Continue until you have a non-sticky dough; add more water if necessary
Cover and let it rise for 2 hours
Add the olives, fold and shape the bread
Bake it in a well-greased pan in a pre-heated oven (200 C) for about 30'
