Hello

Just thought  i would add my new pasta machine to my blog
it was bought for me on tuesday by my mum 

now all i have to do is get busy making fresh pasta

But I wish you great enjoyment of it!

i did pick up a great tip the other day on tv about pasta

dont make it too thick as it will be too chewy and dont make it too fine as it will fall apart.

I'm planning on having lots of fun with it
