That sounds and looks absolutely delicious. I love roasts but I haven´t tried many yet.

Your kind comments vere very well recieved.Am totally new to this board so I shall try to reply on foodwise.....if I can find it. It would also be  good if I were able to post before and after pics on the same post.I wonder if this is possible? Shall nevertheless try....at least.
