Let me present you my pepper mill and it's history
Before making car's, Peugeot made whole scale water mill's, he also made household good's such as coffee mill's. My mill was made by Peugeot in 1904. The seal can be read on the lid. It was found in an old Aunt's home and then kept in a cellar in Burgundy for the last 40 years. I decided to save it, i cleaned it out and now i use it every day as a pepper mill.

I think, they stll make mills, donīt they? As far as I remember, my pepper mill has a Peugeot mechanism. But your mill has a lot more attitude. A very nice mill!
