filled with minced beef, bulgur and herbs. I served yoghurt with it, seasoned with mint, salt and sumac.

I had to use up the minced meat, which I bought on Friday, because my hubby called form work in the afternoon and said he wanted to cook this night and make spaghetti bolognese. Dunno quite why we had chicken legs on mixed vegetables out of the oven that night. Maybe he lost courage... tongue lol
