
this is one of my favourite ways of cooking potatoes..i boil floury potatoes in salted water till almost half cooked then pop them back into the pan and give them a good shake to roughen up the edges...then they get drizzled with a garlic infused olive oil (with S & P and some paprika added) and roasted for about 1 1/4 hours at 190C, till golden and crunchy...lush ![]()
