Yesterday i decided to create a Paella on the BBQ adding a bit of smoke, they say a picture tells a thousand words so this will be about 19,000 words long, the pics are of the whole process, if you have any questions please feel free to ask.

I used a ProQ excel with a spare waterpan, the first for smoking the rabbit and chicken the second to act as a paella dish.
