Alsacian Flammkueche CB-style...

I made Flammkueche - a speciality from the French Alsace - tonight with a little greek twist. Using spinach deglazed with Ouzo, feta cheese, and red hot chili peppers on top.

It was yummy! If anyone is interested in the recipe, I would love to share it! smile

That's great!  I used to live in Baden-Baden (Germany) when I was a kid and my family would cross the border into France to eat Flammkueche.

I remember my mother enjoying her wine (Riesling) while we ate.

Thanks for bringing that great memory back.
