Comfort food!
Mrs S was out for the night so I get to eat whatever...this was my tribute to Fray Bentos yikes ops:
I only used butter (rather than solid palm oil) in the pastry and it was delicious and rolled out beautifully. Baking helps time pass quickly. Mrs S got back just as I was making my mash... big_smile
