This is traditional Spanish comfort food after a long day's toil in the fields - or a long night's "processioning" in Holy Weekwhistle

It's a garlic and bread soup flavour with serrano ham, chorizo and pimentón, with an egg broken into it while still very hot, and normally served in these earthenware bowls
