Fish-casserole with brussels sprouts

GENERAL BLOG

Our dinner tonight, I´ve found out it´s really easy to prepare, and once it comes to cooking it doesn´t take much effort.

I cut the brussels sprouts in halves and blanched them in salty water for three minutes, then poured them into a colander and quickly rinsed them under cold tab water. They cooled off quickly and I put them in the fridge for later.

In the evening I prepared the sauce (single cream, stock, salt, pepper and diff. herbs) and poured it into a casserole, placed two cut-through frozen fish fillets into the sauce and put the brussels sprouts on top so they were just peeking out.

200°C / 35 minutes (25 in case the fish is not frozen) and dinner was ready! Just made some mashed potatoes to go with it.

I will do dishes like this more often when I´m working late.

Will post the full recipy as soon as I´ve got the time to.
