a kind of stracciatella soup, made extra thick and creamy cos that's how he likes it wink i usually use chicken stock but today i used the lovely veal stock that i had leftover from making yesterdays veal dish thumbsup

this used to be Alex's favourite food when he was a baby/toddler and he'd still eat it  three times a day if i let him !

hi marcedvr wave it's made with orzo pasta...i think they sometimes call it risoni too ...i cook the pasta in the broth then add a mixture of beaten egg and parmesan cheese with a little parsley ...just whisk it in quickly till it turns nice and creamy
