i usually use chicken stock but today i used the lovely veal stock that i had leftover from making yesterdays veal dish ![]()
this used to be Alex's favourite food when he was a baby/toddler and he'd still eat it three times a day if i let him !

it's made with orzo pasta...i think they sometimes call it risoni too ...i cook the pasta in the broth then add a mixture of beaten egg and parmesan cheese with a little parsley ...just whisk it in quickly till it turns nice and creamy
